Hello, all you rat lovers, rat parents, and fellow breeders! Welcome to our new website for now. It will have everything neatly organized for your convenience, whether you're interested in adopting a new rat into your family, need healthy feeders for your reptiles, or you need to possibly surrender a rat, we provide it all in the best way that we can!Pardon our dust as we finish up our site and make it look neat and put up some finishing updates and touches. We are a rattery and rat sanctuary / rescue in North East Oklahoma owned by two breeders, that provide rat breeding and rehoming services with not only a genuine smile, but also with an educated background in animal care and a lifelong passion that cannot be matched. We have rats to fit the needs of our customers (& potential new customers) in Mayes county and the surrounding areas! We have been in full business for about two years now and have just opened our breeding program back up after taking a hiatus due to personal reasons.

BREEDINGWe breed rats of various kinds when it comes to markings, coat types, and ear placements. We do not concentrate on just one variation. Our lines consist of careful, methodical breeding and selection. We breed, not for the most flawless colors or coats, but for rats that are healthy, have beautiful coats as well, but also possess amazing temperaments and personalities. We spend ample time with all of our new pups when they are born, from day one up until they are able to leave to go to their new homes. We expose them to smells, sounds, sometimes other animals / pets, as well as being handled often, ensuring they are properly and adequately socialized. We spend a lot of time with our nursing / breeding mama rats too, because let's face it - they do all of the work and they have so much to do! We make sure the mother is healthy (and happy and loved) throughout the whole process! Until, of course, it is time for her to give up motherhood and find a forever home of her own! That's right! We also adopt out our retired breeding females. Our females are not "puppy mill" style breeders, either. So don't worry. We only allow them to breed 3 times before they are "retired." Some only get bred twice.

FEEDERSWe provide feeders of all varieties and sizes. We offer frozen feeder rats, as well as live feeders. Live feeders are priced just a bit higher due to the cost of care and maintenance of the rats, but we do offer discounts on bulk purchases. Ask us about it! We do handle all of our live feeders with care before they are ready to do their job, as well as our frozen feeders, which are humanely euthanized, packaged, weighed, and frozen right here at the rattery. We provide feeders of all sizes at a low price to fit the needs of your reptiles. Please fill out our feeder form to inquire about feeders! We do not always have them in stock and we do not always have all sizes in stock. Live feeders will always be less in stock than frozen because of upkeep. Feeder rat requests can be made ahead of time in order to guarantee stock for a slightly later date. Just inquire about it when you reach out to us! Arrangements can be discussed.

PETSRats make excellent pets as a whole and we strive to provide the best rats that we can for your family! We make sure all of our rats, young and older, are socialized, calm, used to being handled in different manners and ways, and have been exposed to noises, other various household stimuli, other animals, etc. Please fill out our adoption form to inquire about pet rats. We NEVER sell aggressive rats or any rats with a bite history or a bite history in its line. All rats that leave our rattery are guaranteed to be friendly, able to be handled, and in good health.

SURRENDERSWe also provide sanctuary for rats that need a new home, whether it's to find a new home somewhere else or to live out the rest of their days with us here. We understand why some people cannot keep their rats sometimes, and we are a judgement - free zone. We take our time with surrenders, and help them if necessary, depending on their specific needs and if we are able to help rehome them or not. We do have limited space, however, and unfortunately, we can't take a whole lot of them, but you can most definitely fill our the form and reach out, just in case! Because we do offer sanctuary for rats who need a new home, we do ask / accept offers for donations. No money, please! We accept donations in the form of - including but not limited to bedding, rat food, rat toys, chews, bottles, other accessories, hammocks, and even cages if you so happen to have anything you're not using that would help contribute to our ability to continue to care for the rats that might come to us needing that second chance.
